What does daycare cost at Doon Forest after CWELCC?
For under-six rooms, our CWELCC-reduced daily rates start around $22.50 for preschool. Use the calculator above for daily, weekly, and monthly figures by room.
Are these rates final?
These are current rates and are confirmed at enrolment. They assume full-time attendance. CWELCC reductions can change as the province steps toward the $10-a-day target.
Is school-age care covered by CWELCC?
No. CWELCC applies to children under six. School-age before and after care and camps are priced outside the program.
What is included in the daily rate?
Care, programming, outdoor time, and rest. Ask us about meals and supplies for your child's room, since these vary by age.
Can I get extra help with fees?
Possibly. Fee subsidy is a separate, income-tested program through the Region of Waterloo that can lower costs further on top of CWELCC. If cost is a barrier, talk to us and to the Region.
